Activity rules and conditions

1. Participants must be a Foremost Home Delivery member (if you are not a member yet, you can register via https://www.foremostthailand.com/register ).
2. Participants must purchase products. Foremost Omega Smart 1 Plus or Smart Gold 1 Plus or Foremost Omega Smart 4 Plus or Smart Gold 4 Plus Through channels Foremost Home Delivery For two consecutive menstrual cycles, at least once each month, following the timeframes detailed below.
   • Period 1: November 1–30, 2025
   • Second menstrual cycle: December 1 – 31, 2025
3. To be eligible, each member account must have a minimum order of 8 cases of Foremost Omega Smart or Foremost Omega Smart Gold.
3. The member account used for ordering products and the shipping address must be the same throughout the duration of the promotion (checked from the date of the first order).
4. The company reserves the right to award prizes to the first 300 customers who meet the order requirements and conditions. Each customer will receive one Omega excavator (with lights and music) (valued at 990 baht) when they meet the specified order conditions, or until the prizes run out.

Additional requirements

1. This activity is available for participation from November 1st to December 31st, 2025.
2. Participants in this activity are also entitled to receive promotions or other free gifts as usual.
3. Prizes from this activity cannot be transferred to others, exchanged, redeemed for cash, or given other rights.
4. The Company reserves the right to award prizes only to participants who have fully complied with the conditions. The Company reserves the right to change the conditions of the activity or prizes as appropriate without prior notice.
5. The conditions for receiving the prizes are at the sole and absolute discretion of the Company. In the event that the Company discovers any fraud, corruption, or any unlawful actions or actions that do not comply with the conditions, the Company reserves the right to cancel, revoke, or reclaim the prizes or take any other action as the Company deems appropriate.
6. Prizes in this activity are not subject to withholding tax (in the event of withholding tax, the prize recipient will be responsible for paying the withholding tax at the rate prescribed by law).
7. This activity is reserved for individual consumers only. Companies, stores, educational institutions, juristic persons, or organizations of any kind are prohibited from participating.
