Conditions for point accrual and redemption

Foremost Home Delivery member's loyalty conditions

  • Members are required to log in prior to payment when purchasing Foremost products at the Foremost Home Delivery online store. Members will receive accumulated points after the company. The reward points are calculated and they appear only in the member's account.
  • When purchasing Foremost products at the Foremost Home Delivery online store, every purchase of 100 baht will earn 1 reward point (points earned will be calculated based on net payment only. The remaining decimals from the calculation will not be combined with other payments and cannot be redeemed for points.)
  • The Company may from time to time grant special cumulative points to members whose purchases meet predetermined criteria or conditions. These extra points will be included in the member's account.
  • The Company reserves the right to determine, modify or change the type or quantity of purchases of participating products and to change the terms or conditions of scoring or special points or the number of points obtained without prior notice and without specifying any reason.
  • The company reserves the right to limit the points that members will receive in one month. Points cannot be transferred or combined with other members' points.
  • In the event that a Foremost product is purchased through the Online Store Foremost Home Delivery, but the points are not recorded or recorded incorrectly. The member must provide proof of purchase, including proof of transfer, in order to amend the points according to the order, and the Company reserves the right to accept or refuse to use such evidence for consideration. This is at the Company's sole discretion.
  • The points on the card will expire by 31 December of each year if they are not redeemed for vouchers, discounts, special discounts or other rewards, and members can check their points through the Foremost Thailand (www.foremostthailand.com) website.

Rewards Redemption Conditions

  • Members who have sufficient accumulated points and are eligible according to the conditions specified by the Company will be able to convert/redeem points for discount vouchers or prizes offered by the Company. The redemption terms and conditions of redemption are as stated in the redemption conditions. (Rewards Redemption)
  • When redemptions are made The Member's Points accumulated in the Member Account will be deducted based on the number of Points used to redeem the prize as specified in the redemption in effect at the time of redemption. Points earned the first time will be deducted, respectively.
  • Redemption must be made before or on the same day as the point expiry date. Unused expired points (if any) will be automatically deducted from the member's loyalty account.
  • Redemption grants the right to the member who first redeems the reward, respectively. Once redeemed, points deducted from the Member's Points account cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
  • Redemptions for merchandise cannot be selected or changed in size.
  • Redemptions for discount vouchers can be used as discounts for purchasing Foremost products at the next Foremost Home Delivery online store without a minimum.
  • The Company reserves the right to deduct points from the member's account or refuse to redeem any prizes or reclaim any redeemed rewards. Under the following circumstances:
    • There is no doubt that the scores were recorded or obtained by fraud.
    • Ratings are provided due to system errors or other reasons.
    • Points derived from any transactions that have been cancelled, voided, or refunded or reclaimed.
  • The Company has the right to determine and change the prizes as specified in the terms and conditions relating to redemption/receipt of prizes. This includes changes to points used to redeem rewards. Without prior notice or identification of any reason.
