Steps for requesting an electronic tax invoice (E-Tax Invoice)

Customers can request an electronic tax invoice both at the time of ordering goods and for requesting a tax invoice retrospectively. The steps are as follows:

How to request a tax invoice and place an order .

Require Tax Invoice
Upon entering the order page, customers can select "Request an Electronic Tax Invoice."
You can find it at the bottom of the shipping information page.

Proceed with the payment.
The system will display the invoice issuance status.
On the Order Tracking page.

Once the tax invoice is successfully generated by the system, it will be sent.
A notification will be sent to the email address the customer provided.

How to request a tax invoice retrospectively.

Retroactive Tax Invoice
Log in to your member account and go to the Order History menu , then select the order for which you wish to request a tax invoice.

Click the "Submit Form" button to request a tax invoice.

Please fill out the tax invoice form completely.
Then, click save to submit a request for a retroactive tax invoice.

The system will display the status of the tax invoice request.

Once the tax invoice is successfully generated.
A notification will be sent to the email address that the customer provided.

Important Note

  • An electronic tax invoice can be requested within 5 days of receiving the package.
  • Please fill in the tax invoice information in Thai.
  • Foremost 100% Pure Cow's Milk is an exempt product from Value Added Tax (VAT). Therefore, a 7% VAT invoice cannot be issued.
  • Please check the information carefully before submitting the form. Incorrect information cannot be corrected under any circumstances.
  • The tax invoice will be sent in E-Tax format via email only within 24 hours after successfully entering the information into the system.
