How do I register for membership?

- Fill in the information on the registration page.
- Wait to receive the OTP code.
- Check the box to accept the terms and conditions, then click “Register”.
What are the exclusive privileges for members?

- Discounts based on order amount: Bronze 2% | Silver 4% | Gold 6%

- Log in to the system to process orders (you can apply using E-Mail or you can use Facebook to log in)
- Complete the orderer's details.
- Please select your preferred shipping method and delivery address.
- Choose the customer's preferred payment method (QR code or credit card).
- Review the information and proceed with payment.
- You can track your shipment on the My Account page.

What should I do if I can't order through the website?

What should I do if I find a damaged product?

- Stop consuming immediately.
- Take photos of the label/lot number/production and expiration dates/product condition/receipt.

- The team will review and handle compensation/replacement requests in accordance with policy.
The status is marked "Shipped", but the customer has not yet received the item.

If customers order products through Foremost Home Delivery, the products will be shipped directly from the company's warehouse.
Can I choose the shipping method?

You cannot choose the shipping method. The company only ships via DHL or other methods specified by Foremost.
